"Brooks is young-adult, mix breed male. He walks well on a leash but may need a little bit of help with his basic manners. Brooks loves to play in the yard with our volunteers! He also likes to surprise staff with new tricks like standing on his back legs or catching treats in the air!"

"Dog adoption fee include spay or neuter, vaccinations (rabies and dhpp), deworming for intestinal parasites and flea treatment. Heartworm tests can also be added for $20, which includes the first 30 day dose of prevention.
Please submit an application if you're interested in adopting one of our available animals; this can be done at the shelter OR online via the link provided below. We suggest applying online. Our volunteer Adoption Coordinator processes applications on Tuesdays, so please be patient. Once your application has been approved, we can make arrangements for you to meet the pet you are interested in. Our adoption fee for dogs is $150 and our adoption fee for cats is $100. Ths includes the animals spay/neuter surgery, rabies vaccine, and deworming, as required by Georgia law.
