"Luna is a beautiful, long-haired girl who is approximately 2 years old now. Sadly, she has been with the shelter for over a year! She came to us as a mama cat who's kittens have all since been adopted.
Miss Luna is a special case who would require an *experienced cat owner* to help her come out of her shell and trust new humans. She does well with other cats but doesn't interact with wrestling or rough-housing. She would be better suited for a small, adult-only, cat experienced family with a quiet household. Luna is waiting for the perfect home that can understand her needs and help her blossom in a home environment! If you think you would be a good fit for our Luna please submit an application!"

"Cats are spayed or neutered, vaccinated (rabies and fvrcp), dewormed for intestinal parasites and flea treated. Combo tests can be added for $40.
Please submit an application if you're interested in adopting one of our available animals; this can be done at the shelter OR online via the link provided below. We suggest applying online. Our volunteer Adoption Coordinator processes applications on Tuesdays, so please be patient. Once your application has been approved, we can make arrangements for you to meet the pet you are interested in. Our adoption fee for dogs is $150 and our adoption fee for cats is $100. Ths includes the animals spay/neuter surgery, rabies vaccine, and deworming, as required by Georgia law.
