City cops converged upon the Pickle Barrel parking lot around 5:30 Tuesday afternoon after an "irate customer" caused a scene inside of the restaurant.

A restaurant manager met the officers in the parking lot, relaying that "the offender was in the back of restaurant." The officers then went inside and "attempted to talk to" Daesha Liggins, identified as the suspect. Liggins' father was present and was attempting to calm down his daughter, according to the incident report.

Added one of the officer's narratives in the report: "Daesha began to act irate and came at her father in an aggressive manner and began to passively resist while I was attempting to detain her. Daesha put her hands in front of her body and would resist by pulling her arms away. Daesha continued to try and come at (her father) in an aggressive manner and resisted until (the manager) grabbed her by the shoulders to calm her down."

Liggins then was placed in the back of a patrol car, and the officers began interviewing witnesses, one of whom had cell phone video of the incident.

The video showed "footage of Daesha striking the bartender in the face with a closed fist" and stating "I'll put you in a body bag, (expletive)," added the incident report.

Officers then interviewed the bartender, who stated "Daesha came behind the bar and continued to yell and scream at her" before "striking her two times with a closed fist at the side of her head and on her collar bone."

Liggins was charged with fighting/affray, obstruction of an officer, terroristic threats, as well as simple battery. Liggins had no previous criminal history.
