A relatively massive power outage, stretching from Doles Boulevard all the way north of Kroger, was reported on Georgia Power's outage map on Saturday, with the "estimated restoration time" listed as 7 p.m.
Pretty much everything north of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, south of Corral Road, east of North Columbia Street and west of the Oconee River was "red" on Georgia Power's outage map.
Impacted were roughly 5,200 Georgia Power customers in Baldwin County. This represents roughly 43 percent of all Georgia Power customers in Baldwin County.
