Blue lights lit up the Town & Country Shopping Center on Sunday afternoon, as a juvenile male was shot in the arm after reportedly snatching a man's drive-thru order.

The man, identified as Raphael Waller, ultimately was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, cruelty to children, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and tampering with evidence.

Essentially, according to investigators, the man was sitting in his car at the Dairy Queen drive-thru when an employee attempted to hand him his bag of food. The juvenile then swooped in out of nowhere, snatched the bag and took off on foot.

The man then mashed the gas and began chasing the juvenile, ultimately catching up to him in front of the laundromat across the parking lot. Investigators are still investigating exactly what happened after that, but at some point the juvenile was shot in the arm.

The juvenile is listed in stable condition.
