Gunshots rang out in the Duplex City/Grandview Drive neighborhood around 9:30 Saturday night, and a 16-year-old boy was shot in the leg and rushed to the hospital.
In the process, three different parked vehicles were struck by gunfire. Multiple shell casings from two different handguns – a 40 caliber and a 9 millimeter – were recovered in the roadway in the 2310 block of Laura Court.
"(The victim) told us that he didn't see anything and that he had no idea who shot him," said Milledgeville Police Chief Dray Swicord. "He told us that he was walking his dog, and the next thing he knew he was shot in the leg."
Nor were any other neighbors able to offer a description of the suspect or a vehicle, according to the incident report.
Anyone with any information is asked to call the MPD Tip Line at 478-414-4413.

I was diagnosed in March 2017, but was running around from doctor to doctor before I finally got a result that I was free from MND ALS. Mine started on top and progressed into the bottom. I could walk very little but need assistance as I have no balance.

Moderate rain, with a high of 49 and low of 45 degrees. Mist during the morning, overcast during the afternoon and evening, light drizzle overnight.
Everything sounded so lovely until the end.
“We tried”
If that’s not disheartening idk what is. I feel the need to quote my mom here. “I can’t have nothin nice”. Wiser words were never said.
Oh! And for gods sake STAY HYDRATED if you want to save on hospital bills. I hate summer.
