For people who live towards the back of Little Road, it's simply known as "the big curve."
This was the site of a traffic fatality over the weekend, as a 34-year-old Milledgeville woman was pronounced dead at the scene after her Ford Edge left the roadway before it "struck two mailboxes...continued east and struck several small trees and a large pine tree," according to the Georgia State Patrol's investigation.
Little Road is located off of Ga. 212 in northwest Baldwin County, heading east towards the lake.
The deceased was identified as Zeporia Porter.
The accident occurred either late Friday night or early Saturday morning, and the wreck "was not discovered until around noon on 7/29/2023." The vehicle "came to a final rest upside down in a ditch."
The GSP report referred to the accident as a "single vehicle crash" and "the investigating Trooper did not see an indication that another vehicle was involved."
Partly Cloudy , with a high of 76 and low of 37 degrees. Mist in the morning, sunny in the afternoon, clear in the evening,
Everything sounded so lovely until the end.

Oh! And for gods sake STAY HYDRATED if you want to save on hospital bills. I hate summer.
