Grandparents surprising their little grandchildren at school may be the greatest thing ever

One day, all too soon, the students at Lakeview Primary School will be teenagers, and they'll no longer cling to Grandma and Grandpa and think that Grandma and Grandpa are the greatest thing ever.

For the time being, however, the grandparents of Lakeview Primary kids are taking it all in and enjoying it for as long as they can. A whopping 400-plus grandparents RSVP'd for Tuesday's Grandparents Day celebration at Lakeview. The gaggle of grandmas and grandpas "got to come into the classrooms, pick up their grandkids, then head over to the cafeteria for activities, snacks, a chance to chat and lots of fun!" according to the BCSD.
