Million-dollar homes on nearby Lake Oconee are relatively common.
On Lake Sinclair, well, not so much.
Nevertheless, two Lake Sinclair homes have sold this summer for seven figures, another reminder that this is indeed a “sellers' market.” The property a 151 East Lakeshore Circle, located a few golf shots away from the airport, sold earlier this summer for $1.15 million, according to Zillow.com. The seller was listed as “Eddie Melder” and the seller “Michael D. Lewis and Marilyn A. Lewis as Co-Trustees of the Michael D. Lewis Family Trust," according to Tax Assessor's Office records. The property, according to Zillow, is a “beautiful custom Craftsman lakefront home, only 4 years old. Pour your glass of wine and sit on the upper balcony with a soothing fire and watch the absolute gorgeous sunsets on Lake Sinclair.”
According to the listing, the home also features:
• “oak flooring throughout main level
